Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the baseline rules for using SenBOX Pro software, AI features, web services, APIs and SenBOX Station deployments. A signed enterprise agreement or project contract may override this page.

1. Service provider

For international projects, the contracting entity is Sengine Technology International Holding Limited (HK). The Chinese operating company is 深圳生境科技有限公司. Project proposals, invoices and statements of work may identify additional sales, distributor, importer or service partners.

2. Use of the service

SenBOX Pro includes mobile, web, AI, catalog, visualization, API and hardware-assisted showroom workflows. You may use the service only for lawful business, design, retail, showroom, real estate, content or personal planning purposes.

You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell or modify the service except as allowed by a written agreement.
You are responsible for account access, user permissions, uploaded content and project decisions made through your workspace.
Enterprise features such as white-label, API access, catalog isolation or regional deployment require a separate written order.

3. AI outputs and project decisions

AI-generated room plans, layouts, renderings, recommendations, shopping lists and budget previews are assistive outputs. They are not a substitute for professional design, engineering, safety, construction, tax, legal or product compliance advice.

Before purchasing products, installing hardware, making construction decisions or presenting final project proposals, users and project owners should review measurements, materials, prices, compatibility, local rules and commercial terms.

4. Customer content and brand catalogs

You retain rights to your own room photos, floor plans, prompts, project files, product catalog data, trademarks and other uploaded content. You grant Sengine the limited rights needed to host, process, render, display, support and improve the service according to the applicable agreement and privacy terms.

You must have the right to upload and use any third-party product images, 3D models, brand assets, personal data or customer materials that you submit to the service.

5. Pricing, hardware and regional deployment

Software subscriptions, AI credits, brand isolation, API usage, hardware, installation, training and support may be priced separately. Taxes, customs duties, freight, local certification, recycling fees and importer-specific obligations are handled according to the selected market and project contract.

6. Changes and contact

Sengine may update products, features, prices, policies or these terms as the service evolves. For enterprise projects, material changes should be handled through the signed agreement or order form.
