1. Who is responsible
For international projects, privacy and data requests can be directed to Sengine Technology International Holding Limited (HK) at privacy@sengine.ai. Enterprise customers may have a separate Data Processing Agreement or project contract that further defines controller, processor and subprocessor responsibilities.
2. Data we may process
- Account and contact data, such as name, email, company, role, login and billing contacts.
- Room and project data, such as photos, floor plans, prompts, styles, budgets, dimensions and saved designs.
- Voice, chat and AI interaction data when users choose voice calls, prompts or AI design workflows.
- Brand and product data, such as catalog files, product images, 3D models, materials, prices and SKU metadata.
- Usage, device and support data, such as browser, device type, IP address, logs, diagnostics and customer service records.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide the service, create and edit rooms, generate AI previews, manage product catalogs, support teams, troubleshoot issues, secure accounts, process payments or orders, communicate with users and improve product quality.
We do not sell customer project files or enterprise brand catalog data. Where third-party service providers are used, we require them to process data only for the agreed service purposes.
4. AI and third-party processing
Some features may require cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, analytics, messaging, support or payment services. Enterprise customers may receive additional subprocessor, hosting and data-processing terms in their signed agreement.
5. Data retention, deletion and rights
Users and enterprise administrators can request access, correction, export or deletion of account and project data, subject to contractual, legal, security and backup requirements. Data requests can be sent to privacy@sengine.ai.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We will handle requests through the contact channel above and may ask for information needed to verify the request.
6. Cookies and local storage
The public website may use local storage or similar technologies to remember language and interface preferences and keep the site working correctly. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies on this public landing page unless they are separately disclosed.
If analytics, advertising pixels, support chat or similar optional technologies are added, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required for the selected region.
7. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Regional hosting, international transfer mechanisms and enterprise security requirements should be confirmed in the project agreement.
